Wastage of coffee during the packaging and quality control process at customers expense.
Where applicable a consulting fee may apply for Capsule Packs time in testing the suitability for coffees supplied for capsule format.
Freight and Handling to and from Capsule Pack at customers expense.
An additional fee will apply if coffee is required to be destoned at Capsule Pack.
Artwork not supplied to specification may incur an additional fee for Capsule Packs time to rectify.

Capsule Pack Pty Ltd reserves the right to change pricing without notification.
'Agreed Price Per Capsule' is the cost of packing and retail packaging but does not include other costs such as freight, destoning, ar twork and incidentals or other associated costs that will be issued via a final invoice on completion of the packing process.
Order Confirmations are deemed final sign off by you, the customer, on all details per taining to your order and acceptance of Capsule Pack Pty Ltd terms and conditions.

Please be advised that production times may vary.
Once your order is complete, payment is required prior to shipping and within 7 days of final invoice.
If payment of your order is not received within 7 days of final invoice an additional storage fee will be charged per week for up to 30 days. If after 30 days full payment has not been received then Capsule Pack Pty Ltd reserves the right to sell your finished product to recoup costs incurred.
